Refund policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026
Our products are digital files you can download instantly, so we can’t take them back once you have them. Because of that, sales are generally final. We still want you to be happy with what you bought, so if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.
When we’ll refund you
Email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll give you a full refund if:
- The files are broken or incomplete, and we can’t fix them within a few days
- The product isn’t as described, with screens, components or formats missing that the product page promised
- You were charged twice for the same product
- You already own the product, for example you bought a kit that was already included in your Lifetime access
Your first step should always be telling us what’s wrong. Most problems, like a missing file or a font that won’t load, can be fixed within a day.
When we can’t refund you
- You changed your mind after downloading the files
- The product works as described but isn’t what you expected, when the details were clear on the product page
- You don’t have the software needed to open the files (the required tools are listed on every product page)
- The request comes more than 14 days after purchase
- The files have been shared, resold or used against the licence
Lifetime access
Lifetime access can be refunded within 14 days if you’ve downloaded no more than 2 products. After that, it’s treated like any other set of downloaded files.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- the email address you used to buy
- your order number from the Polar receipt
- a short note on what went wrong, plus screenshots if it helps
We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar and usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
When a refund is issued, your licence for that product ends, and you agree to delete the files.
Payments and Polar
Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. To prevent chargebacks, Polar may also issue refunds on its own within 60 days of a purchase. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. It’s faster, and we’ll sort it out.
EU customers
Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, and you agree to this at checkout. The cases above still apply.
